The Challenge: Decades of layered paint were completely suffocating the original brickwork, while severely degraded lime mortar had created significant moisture penetration issues inside the property.

Our Solution: We systematically stripped away layers of heavy paint to uncover the home's stunning original yellow and red bricks. From there, we raked out the failing joints and repointed using a custom-tinted mortar mix designed to honor the original 1920s architectural intent.
